Welcome to KD Kindergarten:

March Update

March was Physical Science month in our classroom.  Each week we worked on a different physical science topic. The first week of the month was spent learning about motion. We learned why and how things move. The second week of March we learned about light and shadows. The third week of the month we focused on heat and how it changes things. The next week we worked with magnets. We learned about attraction and repulsion. The last week of March we learned about the properties of matter. The children can now classify objects by two observable properties. We had a wonderful time being scientists this month. We hope you enjoy seeing our science displays during our student-led conferences on Friday, April 18th.
