Administrative Procedure for Non-Compliance of the:

Community School Dress Code

When a student is non-compliant with the dress code, and if he/she continues to be, the following steps will be taken:

First Violation:

  • The teacher sends the name(s) of the student(s), noting how they are not in compliance, to Ms. Kuplinski or Ms. Templeton
  • Administrator sends a letter of non-compliance of the dress code to the sponsor via APO/MPS
  • A log is maintained of the mailed out dates for these letters. 

Second Violation:

  • Repeat Steps for First Violation

Third Violation:

  • Administrator will submit the letters of non- compliance to the School Liaison Officer (SLO) for her assistance.

 12/12/05:

 This revised DODDS administrative procedure supersedes the previous procedure, which was presented at the Open House on 9/02/04, distributed to the parents on 11/14/05 and on the BES website.
